本人通过IC平台官网（确定未通过任何代理人链接）进行注册账号，并在平台上入金交易，交易一段时间后发现，标准账户上被收取7美金每手的手续费（IC标准账户存在较大点差，不收手续费），因为11月9日（周三）尝试找平台客服沟通反馈情况，后IC平台人员通过电话反馈说我的账号被挂在一个代理上，且因后台设置错误，误将标准账户按RAW账户收取手续费，并反馈会在后台进行核实，反馈被挂代理原因，并会返还多收取手续费。至上周三（11月16日）一直未有人员联系反馈核实情况，再次邮件咨询相关情况，平台客服只反馈标准账户收手续费问题已修复，并只字未提返还多收手续费用及私自被挂代理原因，且多次发邮件追问情况，客服均无回复，亦无人员联系，后邮件上明确告诉IC客服如不处理将作投诉，IC客服才反馈是“因为在开户时，使用了VPN导致开户定位为非中国大陆地区的用户，且挂在了此非中国地区代理的名下，所以导致账户收取了手续费”,但此解释完全不合情理，平台开户时要求上传身份证验证，客户回复通过定位判断非中国大陆地区用户，且挂在此非中国地区代理名下，完全不符合实际，本人并未联系过任何代理（国内或国外），如果按该客服人员所说，只要用VPN访问IC官网注册开户，则都会被挂在外国代理人名下收取手续费，完全不合情理，现需要IC平台核实清楚原因，并给出真实解释，并返还多收取手续费用，取消私自挂的代理资格。
