这完全是贵公司的霸王条款，事先并没有任何告知，我在邮件里面已经的阐述了我的观点。前期在外汇幺幺零已经投诉，给我的回复是发邮件申请二次审核，我邮件已经发去10多天，没有任何答复。今天再次发邮件询问，说让找客户经理。等我再联系客户经理，发现都已经被删除了。这就是贵司的客户经理办事的方法。

收到反馈后，我们第一时间和相关部门联系了解了具体情况，该客户在周三开仓，周四平仓，涉嫌滥用我司免息活动的各项优惠政策，套取隔夜利息。我们在举办免息活动之初，就发布过公告：《Doo Prime 免息及降息优惠活动条款及细则更新通知》链接：https://www.dooprimeinsights.com/notices/cn-swap-free-swap-reduction-campaign-terms-and-condition-update-notice 公告里明确说明“严禁利用三重掉期日进行开仓套息”等违反市场公平，异常的交易行为。所以我们按照规定扣除了为套息客户免掉的隔夜利息，且扣除隔夜利息前已通知过客户。

对于客户投诉的一直没有客服经理联系自己，经我们内部核实，客户经理是有在持续协助客户处理问题的；且客户经理是通过微信及电子邮箱和客户取得的联系；涉及此事件的一共有三位客户，这三个客户Q2308526; M1052812； J5410213是一起的并都已经在上周三成功出金了，以下附上客户经理与客户的沟通记录，请查看截图内容，谢谢！

目前该客户也已经完成出金，且客户经理已和客户保持沟通多日，一直在努力尝试解决客户的问题。

本人在2023年9月6日在德璞资本，交易账1820870，开户入金3000美金并进行交易。期间一直交易并有盈利，28日想出金试一下，结果发现账户出金权限被冻结，就我在线客服寻求帮助，客服答复说会让客户经理联系我，但是一直没人联系我，账户也一直无法出金。此平台在客户快爆仓的情况下，还恶意拖延不能正常入金，导致客户差点爆仓。在10月9日上午，没有通知的情况下，平台从我账户扣了1271.05美金的资金。在此之后，我去找在线客服，我要报警的情况下，才给我开通了取款的权限，把账户剩余资金给我。在外汇110已经投诉，本想平台你要给我个说法，但是平台答复说让申请二次审核，邮件已于10月19日发出，一直没有回复，在***，也询问了两次，均未有答复，看来此平台已经买通了***，在此曝光Doo的黑平台本质，请各位汇友，远离这种垃圾平台
