您好！

關於客戶半夜無法入金的疑慮，經查明原因為入金通道有缺幣的情況，

先前即告知客戶能申請緊急信用額方案，但客戶發信至錯誤郵箱，

客訴此前信件皆發送至正確的CPT的客服信箱cs@cptmarkets.com，

但此次客戶的信用額申請信件發送至cs@cptmarkets.com.tw，此為發送系統通知信件的郵箱(信件內都有註明請勿直接回覆)。

以至於CPT無法收到客戶的緊急信用額信件申請，

且客戶聲稱自己訂單遭受強平實際上並未有任何訂單遭受強平，查詢交易日誌均為客戶自行手動平倉，

客戶聲稱遭到強平的訂單#23938932#， #23961937#，#23962804，可看到並無任何訂單遭受強平

且查詢交易日誌，平倉IP均與開倉IP一致，證明為客戶自行平倉。

CPT竭誠的為客戶提供服務，在半夜幣量不足時也提供客戶申請緊急信用額，

客戶因發錯郵箱導致申請失敗，並多次發信威脅。基於此我們很遺憾的必須與客戶中止合作關係，且也已讓客戶全數出金完成，謝謝。

cpt就因为我投诉，封了我的账户跟后台，把违规损失剩余10美金就出给我，这种吃相非常难看。有请广大投资者擦亮眼睛

之前cpt平台违规，被投诉后没有赔偿损失金还进一步封了我账户跟后台，现在要求其除了补偿我未赔偿一千美金外，把客户佣金打给我，或者解封我账户后台我自己出金！
