盐湖股份4月18日公告，公司收到控股股东青海省国有资产投资管理有限公司（以下简称“青海国投”）的《告知函》，青海国投正在与中国五矿集团有限公司筹划开展盐湖产业战略合作事宜，双方将共建世界级盐湖产业基地。有关方案尚未最终确定，且需要获得有关主管部门的审批。《告知函》内容暂不涉及对公司的有关安排。
