外汇入门：盯住浮动汇率是什么意思
盯住浮动汇率是指一国货币当局通过规定本币与某种或某几种被盯住货币之间的货币平价，将实际汇率对货币平价的偏差幅度控制在零或极小范围内的汇率方式。
盯住浮动的基本特点是本币与被盯住货币的汇率缺乏弹性，其波动幅度一般不超出货币平价的±l%，因而，盯住本国主要的对外收支国货币的汇率基本固定，大大减少了本国与主要贸易伙伴外汇收支的汇兑风险，有利于促进双边经贸发展。
