近日，外汇交易平台ZFX被曝涉嫌不当冻结客户我的账户，账户在入金15000美元后，实现了可观的盈利达11920美元，然而，平台却莫名其妙地将其账户功能冻结，并要求提供一系列无关证明，给王聪造成了巨大的困扰。

ZFX要求提供手持身份证的自拍照、水电煤费单等居住证明，银行明细，以及多个与交易无关的银行账单，无疑是对客户权益的不尊重和侵犯。更令人匪夷所思的是，平台竟要求客户录制视频，内容包含对个人隐私的大量暴露，以及对账户交易情况的公开透露。这种无理要求不仅侵犯了我的隐私，还对他的个人信息安全构成了严重威胁。

我对ZFX的行为提出质疑。在金融市场的竞争激烈背景下，如此不当的操作将严重影响ZFX的声誉和信誉，也将让广大投资者产生对其信任的质疑。
