京东做的太差劲了，买的产品，商家态度差，找京东投诉并要求提供短信参数，京东10月6日回复说要处理商家，并答应24小时内短信回复购买产品的参数，至今未收到短信，之后投诉京东客服，一直没有结果，一直维护自己的客服，处理商家很爽快，处理自己的员工很慢，期间又了几次打电话敷衍，至今未解决问题，说是24小时回复，已经超过好几天了，都没有回复，麻烦曝光无良京东，说到做不到，让人寒心
