您好，我是孩子的家长，在2021年10月8日，收到孩子的的消息，感觉自己掉入深坑；京东金融在我孩子还是未成年/在校生的情况下违规给放款，由于当时孩子没有还款能力，导致拆东墙补西墙，以至于现在负债累累。还导致了孩子征信问题，而且现在在校读书导致精神寡欲，我感觉天塌了一样，怕孩子走入歧途，多次联系京东客服，沟通还款，那边多次推脱不与处理；、孩子是
2001年11月15日出生，京东分多笔在2019年11月14日和2019年11月15日分别发放7000元和3000元贷款，想想我可怜的孩子这几年活在深度的煎熬中，我不知道京东是怎么给一个在校生、未成年发放的贷款；
不知道他们是以什么方式绕过国家政策而不顾，给在校生发放贷款；导致了现在逾期，征信问题；影响了孩子一身；我是村里人，我请求平台帮忙协调处理。一些不合规的收费费用，以及恢复征信问题；还有我想知道京东是怎么绕过国家政策，给未成年/在校生发放贷款的。
