乐享集团5月17日早间在港交所发布成立海外电商事业部及海外电商业务的进展情况。一季度海外电商业务销售收入5.12亿港元，同比增长245.97%；销售量42.04万单，同比增长290.55%。集团已设立全资子公司香港乐享互动集团有限公司(“JoySpreaderHK”)，作为独立从事集团的海外电商业务的实体。
