绿地香港前4个月合约销售额43.85亿元
5月11日，绿地香港控股有限公司(简称“绿地香港”)发布公告，披露其2022年前4个月未经审核营运数据。
公告显示，1-4月，绿地香港及其子公司、联属公司录得合约销售约43.85亿元，已售合约总建筑面积约49.15万平方米。根据此前公告数据计算，4月单月，绿地香港及其上述公司合约销售约9.87亿元，已售合约总建筑面积约14.66万平方米。
资料显示，绿地香港是绿地集团在港交所的独立上市平台。此前公告显示，2021年，绿地香港实现合约销售总额约330亿元，已售合约总建筑面积约282.6万平方米。
