合景泰富集团前4月预售额同比减少49.6%单月减少66.3%
近日，合景泰富集团控股有限公司(简称：合景泰富集团，1813.HK)公告披露2022年4月未经审核的运营数据显示，2022年4月份，该集团及其合营企业及联营公司的预售额为43.52亿元，较上月环比微降1.81亿元，与去年同期相比减少66.3%减少约85.73亿元；预售建筑面积约为20.5万平方米，与去年同期相比减少69.3%。
截至2022年4月末，该集团及其合营企业及联营公司的预售额为174.26亿元，同比减少49.6%，预售建筑面积约为94.8万平方米。
