赣锋锂业5月7日公告，公司于2024年5月6日召开的第五届董事会第七十八次会议审议通过了《关于收购Mali Lithium公司部分股权涉及矿业权投资的议案》，同意全资子公司赣锋国际有限公司(以下简称“赣锋国际”)拟以自有资金3.427亿美元向Leo Lithium收购旗下Mali Lithium公司剩余40%股权，授权公司经营层全权办理本次交易的相关事宜。
