7月19日，星空华文逆势拉升涨超10%，报118.5港元创一个月新高价。公司日前公告与独立第三方Nfkings订立谅解备忘录。据此，双方拟成立一间Web3娱乐合营公司-香港耀星，为传统综艺娱乐内容引入具社交属性的数字经济。公司及Nfkings分别持股55%及45%。据悉，奥那科技(英文名称：NFKings)携手星空华文共同发布《中国好声音》首款元宇宙应用“Sing!Meta耀音”。
