格林达3月17日在投资者互动平台表示，公司承担的省级重点研发项目——“半导体集成电路级高纯绿色四甲基氢氧化铵显影液专用化学品开发”项目，已按照开发计划经浙江省科技厅项目验收通过，国家科技重大专项项目课题——“光刻胶用显影液（极大规模集成电路用）”项目开发配方通过半导体目标厂商实验室评估，完成供应商导入，并通过客户现场稽核，处于客户端全产线测试阶段。
