总数达815个！Consob新封4不合规网站
意大利公司和交易委员会（COSOB）已进一步扩大被封锁的网站名单，下令关闭四个新的非法提供金融服务的网站，其中3个为非法金融中介网站，剩下1个网站在没有招股说明书的情况下进行金融产品要约。
Consob最新一组命令所针对的网站如下：
•Lilt Group LLC（网站https://spartan-trade.com）；
•Alltradingeu（网站https://alltradingeu.co和相关页面https://client.alltradingeu.co）；
•NBI Markets（网站https://nbimarkets.net和相关页面https://account.nbimarkets.nte和https://trading.nbimarkets.net）；
•1 Finance Partners GMBH（网站www.nextgencrypto.org）。
在发布命令时，管理局利用了源自“Decreto crescita”（“增长法令”2019年6月28日第58号法，第36条第2款）所赋予的权力。在此基础上，Consob可以命令互联网服务提供商阻止从意大利访问未经适当授权提供金融服务的网站。
自2019年7月Consob有权下令关闭欺诈性金融中介网站以来，被封锁的网站数量已增至815个。
12月9日，监管机构还下令封锁另外两个网站。Evolve Consulting LLC（网站https://capitalbiz.io、https://capitalbase.io和页面https://webtrader.c-base.cc）。
在意大利运营的互联网服务提供商正在对这些网站进行封锁。由于技术原因，封锁可能需要几天时间才能生效。
