外汇入门：外汇能在两个银行互转吗
外汇能在两个银行互转。银行可受理境内居民个人外汇账户（含现汇账户和现钞账户）本人名下的转账业务，以及本人和直系亲属间的转账业务，不能受理本人和除直系亲属外的其他人之间的外汇账户转账业务。
注明：别人给你汇8万美金，根据外管局规定，5万美金以上需要提供相关证明才可以入账的，只要入账了就可以同名账户间划转。
外汇(Foreign currency)是货币行政当局以银行存款、财政部库券、长短期政府证券等形式保有的在国际收支逆差时可以使用的债权。
