汽车投诉：一汽奥迪A4L发动机异响 备用钥匙未交付

提车起发现异响，7月末自行网上搜索发现大量相关问题，8月下旬到4S店检查，确认有问题，并说会售后换总成，但是刚提车不久就出现问题，我的车提车的时候已经行驶了40多公里，如果有问题的车辆，为什么要销售？车架号网上查是20款，但是店里坚持是22款，而且目前也没提供第二把钥匙，对此也存疑，目前要求4S店提供赔偿和售后方案，暂未反馈。
