2021年12月27日通过舟山4S店订了一辆比亚迪海豚，比亚迪app上下定的经销商是宁波4s店，通过app付订金2000元，第二天宁波鄞州4S店也打电话给我问了订单情况并要了一个验证码，等于合同关系已成立，但是宁波鄞州4S店至今未交车，期间向比亚迪总部投诉多次，比亚迪总部完全不管4s不按订车顺序交车问题，不做任何处置及答复。
