unable to withdraw my own funds.
The help service is very poor! it took almost a day to get in satisfactory response from the chat. Not enough information on how the system works or no helpful support at all. I really want to withdraw all my money but when I request the message is as shown in the picture.
I transferred money to DBEX using crypto.com. I traded a couple of time in the platform with the help of the person who promised to train me. I made some money but every time I made money he tells me to raise the funds. I didn’t have more funds so I said I would like to withdraw. however the system gives me a message to trade more and Cabot releas me a penny from my own fund I. DBEX.
