1.17号我在风险事件来临之前挂了两笔突破单。随后行情走出100多点，我的订单应该是盈利的，但是平台滑点严重，在行情顶部才入场成功，滑了90.8个点。随后行情大幅向下运行，重要的是我挂的止损也没有执行，直接导致巨额亏损。
跟平台交涉一个多月没有结果，我是在杜高斯贝提供的第三方MT4上进行的交易，这个第三方叫FTT,现在两家互相踢皮球，杜高斯贝不承认订单存在问题。希望能通过你们解决问题。
