发送邮件回复的东西一直都是在敷衍，且没有正面回应账号问题。联系客服app一直进不去，平台处理问题的方式就是这样让客户放心？一直让客户等不给解释，且第一封邮件我回复的已经很清晰了，证明也提交了。但是你们让我等三个工作又给我回复一封我前面邮件已经回答过的问题。我希望平台能给出合理解释。

账户从2月份入金总共入金将近3000美元，现在遇到黄金涨势回本出金3000美元不给出，还封禁账号不给登入，账户操作都是在EC手机app上操作，如果违规为什么亏损不封号，现在出金就封号。且回复邮件永远没有回复，一直让等待，联系客户也是无权查询。这么大的平台处理问题的方式真的让我不可理解。封账号导致爆仓亏损也不给予解释。赔付更加不可能了。现在我只要求出金，给出违规证据。我操作的订单，且每天跟同事都有聊天证明以及订单截图证明盈利。希望EC可以出来说明问题而不是这样损害客户利益。
