航天电子5月10日公告，公司拟通过公开挂牌方式转让全资子公司航天电工集团有限公司（下称“航天电工公司”）51%股权，挂牌底价不低于7.44亿元。本次股权转让完成后，公司持有航天电工公司49%的股权，航天电工公司将由公司全资子公司变更为公司参股公司，公司不再对航天电工公司合并报表。
