海普瑞3月15日公告，公司全资子公司天道意大利遭遇犯罪团伙电信诈骗，涉案金额为1170余万欧元。为保障公司及投资者利益，公司实控人李锂于2月3日承诺，将向公司先行垫付不超过价值1174万欧元的等值人民币资金。3月14日，公司收到实控人李锂通过深圳市乐仁科技有限公司先行垫付的款项，合计8980.96万元（等值涉案金额1174万欧元）。
