传智教育1月29日公告，为满足公司2023年向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券募集资金投资项目暨大同互联网职业技术学院建设的资金需求，保障募集资金投资项目的顺利实施及大同互联网职业技术学院前期的正常运营，公司将以自有资金2.6亿元向全资子公司大同好学教育科技有限公司增资。在本次发行募集资金到位后，将按照相关法律、法规规定的程序以募集资金置换先期投入的所有自有资金。
