财经快讯|国联证券：拟将定增募资额调减至不超50亿元
国联证券6月9日公告，公司结合自身实际和行业情况，拟调减公司本次发行募集资金总额、细化现有募集资金投向。
本次非公开发行募集资金总额由不超过70亿元调整为不超50亿元。扣除发行费用后将全部用于扩大固定收益类、权益类、股权衍生品等交易业务；偿还债务；进一步扩大包括融资融券在内的信用交易业务规模。
