华尔泰：2022年归母净利润同比下滑47.12%，拟10派1元，苯二胺、环己胺项目计划上半年建成投产
华尔泰3月19日公告，2022年，公司实现营业收入21.01亿元，同比上涨10.97%；归母净利润2.2亿元，同比下滑47.12%；基本每股收益0.66元。本次拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利1元（含税）。
截至目前，吗啉项目和热电联产项目已经投产；苯二胺、环己胺项目已进入扫尾攻坚阶段，计划于2023 年上半年建成投产；合成氨升级改造项目进入主体工程施工阶段，公司将加快项目建设进度，争取早日建成投产。
