星迈STARTRADER平台找无理理由扣除本人资金39634.37USD，开仓平仓是自主交易的行为，正常交易时间开仓平仓都是违规交易，不能做单盈利了就找理由任意扣除。
星迈STARTRADER客户经理7月3日开始一直不回复咨询微信，本人没在意有什么问题，7月13日星迈STARTRADER客户经理直接删除本人微信，本人6月至7月一直在正常交易产品，7月17日直接收到星迈STARTRADER邮件称本人在派发完股息后关仓属违规，直接扣除39634.37USD的资金，如果有问题可以通知本人，可以禁止开仓禁止平仓，什么都没禁止，而且也不控制不联系，现称这是交易时所产生的不正当盈利，派息是市场正常现象，订单的浮盈浮亏和派息没有必要关联，得到派息，市场行情下跌（订单相对股息点值浮亏），互相抵扣，订单最终盈利并非股息造成而是市场，赌输了就想不认账,6月份以来一直有盈有亏，为什么不让客户经理或邮件发出提示信息？而是客户在盈利后任意扣除客户的账户余额。
