本人在领峰贵金属交易平台炒黄金，6月8日出金1000美元，收到平台方以第三方公司通过白随3000元和张峰4120元回款到我工行卡上，当天银行卡冻结，通过去银行核实，告知张峰为被执行人，卡被安徽合肥包河刑警三大队，王根警官冻结，冻结了我工行 790元，为了尽快恢复银行卡，我积极与交易平台和警方沟通，警方告知我加他微信，将790元先期打回被害人账号来解决问题，我说从始至终我都是被害人，我和这个张峰不认识，我可以提供我在交易平台的历史记录，回款记录，我的钱都是清白的，这样平白叫我损失790元，凭什么呀。我这里有和18815657846警官的微信聊天记录和打款凭证。目前交易平台表示不管，是我自己的事情，还说和第三方核实过张峰没有问题，我要求他们民警去沟通下，毕竟他们给我打的钱，他们表示我不应该先期垫付，需要等他自动解冻，我问过警方，会6个月后继续无限期冻结。警方说要是不归还款项，就无限期冻结银行卡。我担心影响征信和用卡生活，只好先按照他说的做了。平台说要求安徽当地警察出具执行书给他们法务，我给提供了警察的证明文件，他们又推脱说和他们没有关系，种种。从头到尾没有进过一丝义务。
