你好，由于各钱包系统原因和地址不计名，我们无法在汇款时核对收款人信息是否为客户本人，所以当我们收到未经核实的数字货币钱包地址提交的出金，为了保障客户的资金安全，需要与客户核实钱包。因为数字货币的转账汇出如有错误，是无法进行追溯的。
