ATFX平台在各大网站虚假宣传，诱导用户到ATFX平台进行对赌，平台赚取客户头寸！我有平台涉案人员判决文书，我相信中国国家法律不会误判任何一个合法公民！平台客服删我微信，无理由禁用本人账户！我联系证监会询问atfx平台是否正规平台，证监会于短信方式回复我atfx平台涉嫌诈骗，并提醒我报警！ Atfx平台涉嫌诈骗已经是不公的事实，平台还一直狡辩，请问平台正规，为什么内蒙古警方会冻结我们投资者名下所有的银行卡？并告知我们该平台诈骗投资者200多万！还要我们配合调查！我的诉求就是该平台尽快归还本人本金4540美金！

ATFX打着境外的旗号在招揽投资者到该平台进行对赌，赚取客户亏损的钱！https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/xGoahYpuEbowE7HAtS3Q2w公安局已经抓捕了很多在ATFX平台的涉案人员，包括在中国裁判文书网上也可以查询到该平台涉案人员的判决书！
2022年4月内蒙古呼和浩特警方冻结我的银行卡，警方告知是该平台诈骗客户200多万，才将与该平台所有有交易的银行卡冻结！

中国互联网金融协会发布《关于防范非法互联网外易风险的提示》称，当前中国人民银行、中国银行保险监督管理委员会、中国证券监督管理委员会、国家外汇管理局及其分支机构未批准任何机构在境内开展或代理开展外汇按金业务；根据《关于严厉查处非法外汇期货和外汇按金交易活动的通知》（证监发字〔1994〕165号），机构未经批准擅自开展外汇保证金交易属于违法行为，单位和个人委托未经批准的机构进行外汇保证金交易，无论以外币或人民币作保证金的，也属违法行为。

经过本人查实，ATFX在大陆境内并不具备合法的经营权利性。不是所谓的正规平台，平台在各大网站虚假宣传，诱导客户跟平台进行对赌，他们从中赚取客户亏损资金！

根据国家规定，未经批准任何单位和个人不得经营外汇业务，境内单位或个人不得违反规定从事境外外汇交易！

本人的交易指令根本没有下到境外的外汇经营机构或者期货交易场所，而是通过自行搭建交易平台与客户进行对冲，这样涉嫌诈骗犯罪。

经查询并了解相关政策，认为ATFX平台交易行为是违法的，应全部为无效交易，该公司应退还我本人所有亏损的资金4520美金！
