我要曝光TMGM的代理恶意吃客损和佣金，以及平台消极处理，袒护不肖代理。
我在2022年/12/6对接这位叫齐坤的人，他自称是TMGM大陆办事处总负责人（微信号CAHG009）电话15249260160，了解后我便开户了，他说申请代理号需要2~3天的时间，让我的三个客户先用他的链接注册，我的代理号完成后在挂靠过去，但是实际上没有，等我发现的时候，他却说这三个客户已经归属于公司，没办法要回来了。
另外，我回头计算，收到的其它客户佣金金额也不对，从2022/12/15到2023/2/4总共交易黄金1715.9手，应该要有34318美金，但却只有28654.02美金，少了5663.98美金，我问齐坤，他说因为刷单属于违规交易，平台不允许，所以佣金被扣除了。
加上我先前未正确挂靠在我名下的三位客户（总共交易黄金352.83手，佣金共计7056.6美金）我损失的佣金共计12720.59美金！
我在2023/1/17开始向平台发邮件进行投诉，平台回复极其慢，直到2月23日才接到官方客服的电话，不仅怀疑这麽大的平台，解决问题的效率发生什么状况？而且等到的回复是齐坤不是他们的客户经理，只是普通代理，已经把齐坤的账号冻结，但他每天还有100多美金的佣金来源，所以会陆续转给我直到偿还完毕。我当然不同意这样的解决方法，而且抱有许多疑问，最后的商谈结果不尽人意。
首先，出了问题平台不该为自己的代理负责吗？并且平台没有及时关闭这个代理的账户，导致齐坤提前把资产给转移了，然后现在说用他未来的佣金给我作为赔付？合理吗？既然都冻结他的账户了，哪里来的佣金？不就是让我自己摸摸鼻子认赔吗？加上，齐坤的身份只是代理吗，还是平台为了自保扭曲事实？
我要求平台正面回复，提供相关质询，并一次性解决此事，给予我相应的补偿，谢谢。
