我的账户8306894，在盾博平台进行交易过程中遭遇到，卡盘K线缺失无法平仓的情况，当时第一时间出现问题时已经联系官网的客服人员（因为客服经理已经失联）反映了卡盘的情况，客服人员要求我提供证据，我并提供了盘面截图，很明显的看到K线缺失，客服人员告知要调查，后面第二天联系客服，客服以平台没有其他客户反映为由拒绝，再后面平台开始耍赖说我的图不到他们平台软件上截图的，我告知他们截图上面还有订单的买价线可以证明，平台无法解释后又称我的图是p的，我要求平台提供证据来证明我所反映问题是假的，平台始终拿不出来证据，现在时间过去几个月平台不管不问，不处理，也联系不到平台的客服和任何人员
