刚开始时交易正常，过了几天交易行情突然中断，联系客服也无回应，第二天再打开软件就无法登录，账户被注销，账户名和资金也无显示，再去官网也登录不了，里面的本金和收益无法取出，请做出解释和道歉，并且退还本金和收益
