在某微信群添加了LIRUNEX利惠客户经理好友后,向我推广LIRUNEX利惠目前的优惠活动,再三确认活动可以抗亏损,然后入金1000美金操作,但是在7.13日晚上,由于本人外出,回家发现账户已经爆仓。当时很纳闷,如果抗损,账户是不可能爆仓的,而且当天的行情会大赚一笔。然后马上联系客户经理,客户经理反馈信息后,平台第一时间是说,即使抗亏损我也会爆仓,然后我马上发当时的报价行情,以及计算公式,证明,如果抗亏损,我的账户绝对不可能爆仓。然后客户经理继续要我等待回复,结果等来的回复是,当时填表已经属于明白规则,亏损需要客户自行承担。
这里我想表明,第一,关于填表,客户经理当时明确的说是只要提交账户姓名即可。
第二,客户经理代表的是平台,相对来说肯定比客户专业,再三确认的事情,而且他跟上级也确认过的,然后最后事与愿违,造成的损失就得客户全权承担。
第三,我承认,这件事我也有一部分责任,是因为的确没看条款,但是客户经理也表明这件事他与上级是这件事主要责任人,所以我多次像平台申请一些补偿,但是平台只认为是客户的过错。这很不合理
目前得到最新的回复就是所有责任是客户的问题,损失全部由客户承担。我想这种事情发生在任何人身上,也是无法接受的。这样的行为做法,跟诈骗有什么区别,这样的毫无担当的平台,跟黑平台有什么区别?
