在某微信群添加了LIRUNEX利惠客户经理好友后，向我推广LIRUNEX利惠目前的优惠活动，再三确认活动可以抗亏损，然后入金1000美金操作，但是在7.13日晚上，由于本人外出，回家发现账户已经爆仓。当时很纳闷，如果抗损，账户是不可能爆仓的，而且当天的行情会大赚一笔。然后马上联系客户经理，客户经理反馈信息后，平台第一时间是说，即使抗亏损我也会爆仓，然后我马上发当时的报价行情，以及计算公式，证明，如果抗亏损，我的账户绝对不可能爆仓。然后客户经理继续要我等待回复，结果等来的回复是，当时填表已经属于明白规则，亏损需要客户自行承担。
这里我想表明，第一，关于填表，客户经理当时明确的说是只要提交账户姓名即可。
第二，客户经理代表的是平台，相对来说肯定比客户专业，再三确认的事情，而且他跟上级也确认过的，然后最后事与愿违，造成的损失就得客户全权承担。
第三，我承认，这件事我也有一部分责任，是因为的确没看条款，但是客户经理也表明这件事他与上级是这件事主要责任人，所以我多次像平台申请一些补偿，但是平台只认为是客户的过错。这很不合理
目前得到最新的回复就是所有责任是客户的问题，损失全部由客户承担。我想这种事情发生在任何人身上，也是无法接受的。这样的行为做法，跟诈骗有什么区别，这样的毫无担当的平台，跟黑平台有什么区别？
