This is a follow up on Shenghui Group Ltd. I have been cryptocurrency trading with them and on May 14th 2022 I requested a funds withdrawal and to date I have not received my money. (June 17 2022)I have made multiple attempts to contact them and I get no response. They have absconded on me completely .

I have been cryptocurrency trading using the brokerage Shenghui Group LTD. I opened the account in April 2022. After a few weeks of trading I needed to withdraw some funds so on May 14th 2022 I made a formal request for withdrawl in the amount of $2290.00usd. After two weeks of hearing nothing I began contacting them on June 2 2022 to find out the hold up. After asking me for my account info to check on the status for me I never heard back from them again. I have made repeated attempts to contact them and they will not even acknowledge my chat requests or emails. They have completely absconded on me and taken my money. I am trying to upload pictures and documents here as evidence but when I click to upload my screen goes black and there is Chinese writing on it not allowing me to upload documents. it appears they have tampered with my phone so I cannot disclose documents here. Please contact me in private and I will disclose them. Thank you
