我手机跟电脑端用的都是高级账号，点差可以忽略不计，在4月6号早盘同时开着电脑和手机端，疑问1：为何两个同类型的账号，点差在同一时间完全不一致，一个点差几乎没变化，一个点差被拉大100-200倍，而这种变化还恰恰发生在持仓的账号上；疑点2：在行情毫无变化或影响的情况下，平时开盘都没有这种变化，而偏偏发生在当时保证金偏低的情况下；疑点3：3月2号平台恶意扣除信用金导致其他账号爆仓，说是技术故障，你信吗

看看平台给出的回复就知道平台明显在恶意后台操作，当时我打开了电脑端跟手机端，同时登陆着两个交易账号，电脑端没有任何变化，手机端的发生这么大，恶意拉大100-200倍的点差，这属于正常，分明就是恶意行为

你好，此客户交易账户订单经过我们多次查验，均无异常。客户反馈信息属于虚假。
为便于媒体友商了解情况，现将此人账户情况进行说明：
此人交易期间，订单均为对冲锁单状态，因市场具有流动性，在开盘期间流动性较差，引起点差变化属于外汇交易市场正常情况。在当时客户账户属于重仓，留下可用余额极少，随时可能出现强行平仓。

当时候交易手数为；
GBPAUD 对锁 1.51手
AUDUSD 对锁 2.53手
EURUSD 对锁 1.01手
净头寸为欧美 EURUSD 多单 0.01手，杠杆400倍，所需占用保证金2.7美金，与爆仓注释相符

对锁的最大功能在于降低交易所占用的保证金，所以即使锁仓了，在每日或周末开盘期间，或重大数据发生，都会造成点差扩大的情况，导致亏损拉大，净值减少，仍会面临爆仓的风险，这是属于市场上的正常现象，望知晓。

而这已经是平台第二次出现问题，第一次为3月2号恶意扣除信用金导致账户爆仓
