该客户有违规交易行为，需要进一步提供视频认证，这是风控团队常规流程，行业内也不是独家做法。
一般为了尽快处理后续事宜，客户都是积极配合，此客户拒不提供，有使用砖头账户之嫌。请知悉，使用他人身份信息开户和交易是违反我司客户协议相关条款的。

我在NCE开户交易，不给出金，说要本人拍摄视频认证！平台网址 https://www.nceprime.com
具体情况如下：

我开户是通过NCE平台的业务经理，把我的身份证资料，发给NCE官网业务经理，由业务经理开通代理账户！我的交易也是直接用代理mt4账户交易的！

开始入金200美金，后期盈利几百美金后，2月4日提现，一直不给申核！联系官网客服，说是我交易异常，需要进一步提供视频认证！

我的诉求是，既然平台不认可我的交易方式，说我交易异常，我也不想多说什么，我要求出本金，也不给出，还是要提供视频认证！

我的身份证，银行卡，手机号，全能一一对应，这不足以证明身份吗?

开户入金不要提供视频，出金要提供，这明显就是故意刁难用户！

平台说是要确认是本人交易，意思是，不是本人交易，本金就不退还了，是吗？出金入金是同一个银行卡，怎么就不是本人？

既然NCE平台这么多规则，我后期也不会在平台交易，更不会把个人视频等非常敏感的资料提供给他们！
