我提交后仅扣款就拖了四天，到现在还没有收到钱。问客服一直说总部在处理中，海外汇款过来需要很长时间…骗什么人？！
国家外管局北京分局官网上都通告捷凯北京的公司捷硕商务咨询服务有限公司是非法外汇，资金都留在国内，根本没有进入国际外汇市场的诈骗公司！我会继续向各政府部门投诉的，直到拿回所有亏损！
