德璞平台，我盈利了，不给我出金！
我在2023年11月份在徳璞平台上操作黄金，12月份实现盈利了，然后就要出金，后台显示拒绝出金，我发邮件就让我找客户经理，也找了客户经理，也没法处理，又让我联系客服，来回踢皮球，一直拖，后面找了个人来对接说是元宵后处理，到现在反正就是以各种理由不给我出金。
