钜丰金业违法事实，钜丰金业是金银贸易场37号行员，之前我就其违法行为提交给过警方，对方只有金银交易的权限，没有交易原油的权限，而且他们资金没有流入国际市场而是流入了个人账户再统一打入香港账户。

    我是一名内地的投资者，我的名字叫李锡铭，手机号码为1853186****,身份证号码为131121199312******，邮箱为91856**@qq.com.偶然之间我的手机自动下载了钜丰贵金属这个软件，软件显示为钜丰金业版权所有香港金银贸易场第37号成员，我放下戒备心去使用这个软件，至今亏损16万人民币而且账号被其封号。该公司位于香港九龙尖沙咀弥敦道132号美丽大厦17楼1702室，公司注册编号为1913724.其官方网址为https://m.jf24k.hk。现在公司更名为钜丰投资。上次报警由油尖情报组负责调查这个事情，但是油尖情报组，和该公司有利益输出，最终告诉我没有违规行为。
下面我列举一下该公司存在的违法行为。
    1.该公司没有交易原油的资质却在经营原油期货，属于非法经营，其证据就是我的交易记录，交易明细都是原油交易。该平台十分狡猾，如果只是下载该软件不会出现原油交易，只有注册登录后才会显示原油交易。我将提供响应证据详情请见附件，由于不是实盘交易属于违法交易，按照期货交易法我有权要求退回损失本金16万人民币。
    2.存到该公司的钱在做交易时没有流入国际市场而是存在了个人账户。附件有其充值画面，都是冲到个人账户，然后平台才显示充值成功。
3.存在洗钱行为，据调查显示该平台在内地收购银行卡供其投资人打钱再进行洗钱，最后输入到香港钜丰投资有限公司。
4存在诱导入金的现象，平台导师跟我说入金给我发大红包，严重诱导违反期货交易原则，而且有喊单和教唆下单的违法现象。证据将由图片形式发送。
我诉求香港警方调查并协助我维权，为我追回16万人民币损失，在此致以崇高谢意望您可以仔细看我提供的证据以及对每段照片极其视频的标注，谢谢。
