5月17日，深圳证券交易所创业板公司管理部对英可瑞发出年报问询函。2023年年报显示，报告期内，公司实现营业收入2.71亿元，同比下滑20.96%；实现归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润（以下简称扣非后净利润）-0.45亿元，扣非后净利润已连续五年为负值。深交所要求公司结合业务构成、行业环境、公司竞争力、同行业可比公司经营情况等因素，说明公司扣非后净利润连续五年为负值的原因，公司持续经营能力是否存在重大风险，以及针对影响业绩的不利因素公司拟采取的应对措施。
