中国国航4月26日晚间公告，经公司第六届董事会第二十九次会议批准，公司与中国商用飞机有限责任公司（以下简称“商飞公司”）于2024年4月26日签订协议，向商飞公司购买100架C919飞机。上述100架飞机计划于2024年至2031年分批交付至公司。本次交易的标的为100架C919飞机（增程型）。根据商飞公司提供的最新目录价格，前述100架C919飞机的基本价格合计约为108亿美元。经买卖双方公平谈判，商飞公司给予公司购买飞机较大价格优惠，故本次交易的实际对价低于前述飞机基本价格。
