古鳌科技4月25日公告，近日，公司收到陈崇军家属提供的青岛市公安局出具的拘留通知书，获悉陈崇军因涉嫌操纵证券市场罪，被青岛市公安局刑事拘留。目前，公司经营情况正常。陈崇军为公司实际控制人，不担任公司的董事、监事及高级管理人员。陈崇军的拘留不会对公司日常经营构成重大影响，不影响公司2023年度报告披露。
