汉宇集团4月23日公告，近日从参股公司广东优巨先进新材料股份有限公司（简称“优巨新材”）获悉，优巨新材及其保荐人已向深圳证券交易所撤回首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市申请文件，并已收到深圳证券交易所《关于终止对广东优巨先进新材料股份有限公司首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市审核的决定》。深圳证券交易所决定终止对优巨新材首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市的审核。截至本公告披露日，公司持有优巨新材19.59%的股份。
