投诉发表了14天了 今天下午客户经理给我回复了，还是让我签署声明，声明写的友好协商，让我承认违规，而且威胁我要删除投诉，才给我出本金，斑马平台领导 这个就是霸王条款。我给客户经理沟通了多次 让他出示我违规的证据，他说没有权限。没有证据 就让我签字承认自己违规这个什么规则。可耻的平台

在投诉过程中收到了VT平台发来的一份声明，说我违规操作，通过友好协商，让我签证，盈利需要扣除。 请问哪里违规 什么是时候通过友好协商？VT平台也没有跟我沟通过，就要让我签这份东西。不合理。 要求提供明确的违反的条款，以及是什么交易违反的，而且客户经理由始至终并未能帮助过什么。真实做单就该被骗吗？
本人10.4号通过微信联系到VT的客户经理姓田他说入金500可以参加增金200的活动， 微信号ovt8696 邮箱收到了他的开户链接 开户账号；8022958 10.5我做了外汇和黄金 黄金到了1815左右我做的多，10.6号也建仓做了外汇和黄金 到10.9号开盘黄金和外汇都盈利一些就平仓了，10.9号的下午我登陆mt4看到200的增金突然收回了，(请看下图) 我咨询微信客服回答我 他要咨询部门，让我先使用自己的资金操作，我问他增金扣除了会不会影响出金，他回答 不用担心我们是正规平台。
10.10号我操作了几笔就去后台出金，发现点出金不跳转网页。咨询在线客服客服一直回复会让客户经理联系我，于是我联系微信田经理，这个田经理也很难联系到他，至今也是偶尔回复一下说在审核。
无辜扣除增金，没有任何原因关闭出金通道，至今没有任何邮件任何相关通知告知我？我到底出了什么问题为什么不让出金？事大事小不应该通知我吗？
希望斑马平台曝光此事，还我公道，让这种平台远离我们。
