出金账户直接禁止交易，最后直接拒绝出金

本人于5月初在CWG Markets平台入金3000USD进行交易，交易账户66754894，6月12日进行一笔2000USD提款，到14号一直没到账，便询问在线客服，客服给出回答需要1-3天，到15号的时候再看发现账户禁止取款以及转账，账户也禁止交易，2000USD取款被拒绝出金，询问在线客服，客服说不清楚，需要发送邮件到service@cwgmarkets.com，我发送邮件后就回复一个邮件说已收到，会尽快处理，后面发送邮件过去再也没有回过，到现在为止我的账户本金3000加盈利一共4711.95USD，不能提款，也不能交易，问客服什么也不知道，本人上述全部属实！

这个问题并没有解决，平台拿本金威胁客户处理投诉，不处理连本金都不给出，还要承认违规，亏钱的时候就是正常交易，只要你赚了就不给出金，希望大家看清楚这个黑平台
