在我進行交易之後行情發生波動，於是我繼續入金，整個晚上人民幣入金通道一直打不開。多次嘗試之後依然無法成功，最後導致保證金不足爆倉。 第二天客戶經理和我說人民幣入金通道晚上關閉了，但我沒有在官網以及郵箱或客戶經理處得到任何通知。他們沒有對人民幣玩家客戶起到告知義務，導致我在不知情的情況下一直無法入金，又多次入金失敗後導致帳戶爆倉，現要求賠償損失。
本人已向澳洲监管、香港监管、阿努瓦图等德璞所属的监管机构发起投诉，并决定在澳洲发起官司诉讼。
现要求德璞即刻做出赔偿和道歉。
