我周五早上因为持仓，问官网客服现在入金是否正常，回复说一切正常，等我入完金跟我说已经三天入金到不了TRC,TRC入的平台的意思是平台不认，我提供了哈希值查询结果早就到平台指定的钱包，但是业务经理说，有没有收到是他业务经理说了算，哈希值查询结果不算，我补仓前特意问了业务经理能不能入金，跟我说一切正常，我入完跟我说这个现在有可能永远到不了，我希望平台及时把我的资金退回我的帐户，并且因为业务经理在明知道TRC入金，已经三天不到帐的前提下，依然让我入金，造成我被强平，希望平台恢复我订单
