此客戶使用第三方插件進行交易，嚴重違反我們公司相關交易規定，在溝通時客戶承認有這種行為。我們明確告訴客戶，根據反洗錢條例，客戶需要提供銀行資料，證明資金是他本人的，即可退回本金。但客戶不肯提供，並在這期間不斷在網上發布不實帖文，損害我們公司聲譽，我們要求此客戶刪除帖文，並為此行為進行道歉。
此客戶這種不誠實行為，根本沒有誠信可言。
