因个人需要，几年前在分期乐APP上使用网贷，并一直保持良好的还款习惯。但是2021年5月份，在APP的账单没有出现给我的情况下，导致我无法还款，分期乐公司客服也未按时给我提醒，一直到2021年5月17日，分期乐催款的电话打到了我父亲的电话上。因本人在注册分期乐的时候没有留下家人的联系电话，分期乐公司未经过本人允许，翻阅本人通讯录，对我的通讯录里的家人，亲戚进行电话催收，并造成了严重的后果，挂断电话之后，我的APP账单才正常显示，然后我把该支付的贷款还清，当时我就认为这个公司不正规，而且存在安全隐患，2021年6月份，我就把分期乐的所有网贷都偿还了。一直到2022年3月9日，因本人报考公务员需要查询个人征信，就去本地的人民银行查询个人征信，当拿到个人征信的时候发现，2021年5月份赫然出现了三笔逾期，并且得知这三笔逾期都是出自分期乐公司的合作机构时，当时我就给分期乐公司和这三个合作机构打电话，让他们给我撤销逾期，三个合作机构表示：需要分期乐公司向他们发出协助函，他们才可以将本人的逾期信息进行撤销。然后我就给分期乐公司打电话，并且告知他们给我个人征信上的问题给我解释，并且对本人个人征信做出撤销，并对他们催收贷款的事情进行质问，他们对公司催收债务的电话供认不讳，但是对本人逾期问题的答复是无法解决！他们对自己公司APP的账单问题的答复是他们没有问题，但是我让他们给我出示你们无责的证据，他们就无法出示，一直都表示是我的个人问题导致的逾期，他们不给我解决。 因分期乐APP的账单迟迟没有更新，导致我无法还款，随后出现的逾期问题也不给我解决，并对我的家人亲属进行电弧骚扰，逾期导致征信五年内有违规记录，从而导致本人考取公务员的时候无法通过复审。
